Jürgen Mayer H. attended the Faculty of Architecture in Delft yesterday to provide us with his vision on a possible future for architecture as a discipline. Though he sometimes, in my humble opinion, displayed too much love of formalism, the lecture is certainly worth watching. Specially the Metropol Parasol and his introduction concerning the possible use of social media in architecture provided new insights on how architecture can remain relevant in the 21st century.
